Arise Ragnarok Class Picker
One question at a time. Lock a kit before the next dungeon window.
Use this picker when you still have class rerolls, or when a session in Arise Ragnarok feels like the wrong job. The live place is a CLGAMES Roblox RPG (place 137700422270232) on 16-player online servers, launched October 18, 2025. You get five classes: Assassin, Mage, Warrior, Tank, and Healer. You do not get Crossover hunters. If a video tells you to roll Cha Hae-In, you are on the wrong game.
The tree below is a lock-in tool, not a hidden-stat sim. After you pick, open that class page, then spend points with stats and builds and confirm the live ranking on the class tier list. Redeem reroll codes from codes before you smash the button.
The decision tree
Start at the first question that matches what you actually want this week. Ignore what your friend plays.
Want easy AoE? Choose Mage. Mage clears quest packs, Subway insects, and Goblin rooms without hunting every hitbox. Intelligence and mana do the work. You give up melee weapons and you give up most PvP burst. If your plan is mining inside long dungeons, Mage is the default.
Want solo burst or PvP? Choose Assassin. Assassin wins bosses, Igris keys, and messy 16-player fights where one player has to delete a target. Strength, agility, and enough mana to keep skills firing beat a dumped vitality dump. If you only log in for the dungeon schedule boss and then leave, Assassin is the default.
Want group sustain? Choose Healer. Healer exists for parties that already have damage. You keep people standing on Cerberus and Insect while they mine. If your friends never party, skip Healer. A solo healer still completes quests, but the kit is built for other people.
Want frontline? Choose Tank. Tank holds the boss face, soaks scaled HP, and lets Mage or Assassin play greedy. Strength is the usual damage stat even on Tank. If you hate dying first in public portals, Tank is the default. If you hate waiting on other players, it is not.
Want weapon melee without the assassin kit? Choose Warrior. Warrior is the broad weapon class: melee, fewer stealth tools, still a front-row fighter. Use it when you like swinging a drop more than a skill rotation. Pair it with the same stat page as Assassin, then compare both on the class tier list.
If two answers fire at once, pick the content you will do in the next hour. A Mage who never farms packs is a wasted reroll. An Assassin who only follows a Healer through Goblin Cave is also a wasted reroll.
How to spend the reroll
- Redeem live strings on codes, especially class-reroll leftovers if any still work. Most launch reroll codes now sit on expired codes.
- Read Getting Started so you know how the Shop reroll actually looks.
- Lock the class from the tree.
- Put points where stats and builds says for that kit. Fifty agility still matters for double jump on melee classes.
- Arise assassin-type shadows when you can, even on Mage, because your army carries the kit. See shadows and shadow tiers.
- Only reroll again after a real updates title change, not after one bad dungeon.
Hunters + QoL polished movement and inventory. It did not add a sixth class. If the new dash makes Mage feel floaty, try Assassin before you spend Robux. If the new dash makes Assassin overshoot, try Warrior. The picker still holds.
Class versus race versus shadows
Class is the kit. Race is a separate roll covered on races. Shadows are the army you arise with E, covered on players only as companions, not as extra classes. Do not delay a class lock because you have not seen a purple hunter quest. Those quests are fan-reported extras from the Hunters + QoL recap, not a sixth kit.
Healer and Tank look worse on solo tier lists and better in a coordinated 16-player room. If September 2026 CCU near 100–180 means your server is empty, prefer Mage or Assassin. Christmas 2025’s 4,131 peak is not the lobby you will get tonight. Solo HP scaling in dungeons also punishes large pickup groups more than it punishes a confident Assassin.
Common bad picks
- Picking Healer because the name sounds rare, then never grouping.
- Picking Tank, then dumping every point into vitality and wondering why bosses take a minute.
- Picking Warrior because it looks like Crossover’s generic swordsman, then ignoring the Warrior page weapon rules.
- Copying a Crossover hunter build into Mage intelligence.
- Rerolling after one death in Insect under the north bridge.
If you already like a class, do not reroll just because this tree is blunt. The tree is for the first lock and the first regret. Veterans should read the five class pages and the tier list hub instead of the cartoon flowchart.
For session routing after you lock, return to the tools hub and open the dungeon schedule. A perfect Assassin who misses every :00 portal still loses to a Mage who stands at Goblin Cave at :29. Official socials and the Discord rework banner live on the links hub. This picker will not read those for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Arise Ragnarok on Roblox.
What should I pick if I play completely solo?
Mage for packs and long dungeon rooms, Assassin for bosses and PvP. Skip Healer unless you enjoy slow solo clears.
Is Assassin still the PvP default after Hunters + QoL?
Yes for burst. Recheck the class tier list if a later title change rewrites movement, but the picker still sends PvP players to Assassin.
When is Healer worth a reroll?
When you have a regular party that already has damage. Group sustain is the only Healer question. See Healer.
Does race change the picker?
No. Lock class first. Race is a separate roll on races and should not delay the kit decision.
Where do I spend stat points after I lock?
Follow stats and builds for your class. The picker does not replace a stat spread.
Can I use Arise Crossover class names here?
No. This place only uses Assassin, Mage, Warrior, Tank, and Healer. Crossover is a different team and a different roster.
