Arise Ragnarok Redeem Codes in the Shop Menu

Redeeming in Arise Ragnarok is a Shop action, not a Roblox catalog code and not a Discord bot command. If you type DUNGEONKEY into the Roblox website redeem box, nothing happens. You have to be inside place 137700422270232 with the city hub HUD loaded. This page is the full click-path. The live string itself stays on the Codes Hub. Dead strings belong on expired codes.

The game has been out since 18 October 2025. The Shop layout has been stable through later patches: a button on the left rail, a scrollable panel, paid bundles on top, a small text field near the bottom. If your UI looks like Arise Crossover’s older code window, you launched the wrong experience.

Step-by-step on PC

1. Open Arise Ragnarok from Roblox and wait until you can move in the city hub. Do not paste while the loading bar is still up.
2. Find the Shop button on the left side of the screen. It sits with the other HUD icons, not in the Roblox hamburger menu.
3. Click Shop. Scroll the panel all the way down. The code box is easy to miss because gamepasses and bundles fill the top.
4. Click the text field. Paste the code with no spaces before or after. Codes are case-sensitive: DUNGEONKEY is not dungeonkey, and MerryChristmas was never MERRYCHRISTMAS.
5. Press Redeem. A toast should confirm the reward (for DUNGEONKEY, three Igris Dungeon Keys) or tell you the code is invalid, expired, or already used.

If the toast never appears, the click did not register. Click Redeem once more, then close and reopen Shop. Do not mash it ten times; that will not duplicate keys.

Mobile and tablet

On phones the left rail can hide under the joystick. Rotate to landscape if the Shop icon is off-screen. Tap Shop, then drag the panel with one finger until the code field is above the keyboard. Paste from the clipboard instead of typing; mobile autocorrect loves turning DUNGEONKEY into a word.

If the keyboard covers Redeem, dismiss it first. A lot of “it does nothing” reports are just the button sitting under the keyboard.

When a new code fails after an update

CLGAMES ships patches that older servers do not pick up immediately. You can be standing in a 16-player city hub that still runs yesterday’s Shop script. The fix is not a different spelling. Leave the experience and join again so Roblox places you on a fresh server. Then open Shop and paste once.

If it still fails:

• Confirm you are in Arise Ragnarok, not Arise Crossover.
• Confirm the string matches the working list exactly.
• Check expired codes in case a YouTube video is weeks behind.
• Rejoin a second time if the patch just dropped.

“Already redeemed” means this Roblox account already claimed it. Alts need their own redeem. You cannot farm the same code on one account by making extra hunters.

What you should see after a good redeem

Rewards land in the relevant inventory, not as a floating pickup in the street. Igris Dungeon Keys show up with other dungeon items. Historical codes handed class rerolls, stat resets, rank chests, EXP potions, or coins. Open those inventories before you assume the code “did nothing.” Then spend with a plan: keys on the dungeon schedule, rerolls after you read the class tier list, resets after the stats and builds page, chests toward the shadow army.

Never pay someone to “redeem for you.” The Shop is on your HUD. Anyone asking for your password or a cookie is stealing the account, not helping with keys.

The first place CLGAMES posts new strings is the official Discord. This wiki and the links hub mirror verified ones. Do not redeem codes from random server-hop bots, fake “admin” DMs, or Crossover compilations. Those lists mix games on purpose because the titles share a studio.

After a successful redeem, go use the items. Keys rot in the bag if you never enter an Igris dungeon. If you were about to look at scripts to skip that run, remember a ban wipes the keys too. Shop codes are the supported free path; executors are not.
